- All Nimble products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment.
- Warranty does not cover any physical damages or damages resulting from the abuse of the product.
- Batteries are not covered under warranty.
- Returns under Warranty should be done with RMA (return material authorization) from Nimble
customer delight team. RMA will be sent to the customer after a product fault has been confirmed
by the customer delight team after troubleshooting.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges for orders.
- Warranty Replacement products can be new or factory refurbished depending on availability.
- Replacement product shipping is free of cost to the customer.
- Once we get the Tracking details from the customer, replacement will be initiated.

shipping the unit back.
- Nimble products can be sent back for a full refund (minus the shipping and re-stocking fees)
within 10 days from the date of shipment received.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Refunds have to be authorized by Nimble Customer Delight team.
- Refunds will be processed only after the product returned is received at Nimble and found to be
free of any damages.
- Any Shipping charges paid by the customer will not be refunded.
- A re-stocking fee of $10 will be deducted from the product refund.
- Products returned with physical or cosmetic damages are not eligible for the refund
- Yearly subscription refund will incur an additional $10 cancellation fees
